iPhone or iPad with iOS 27 or later. Apple Intelligence features need a compatible device with Apple Intelligence turned on; everything else works without it.
Questions
How do I add a task quickly?
Tap New task at the bottom of any screen and type naturally, like “Call the dentist tomorrow at 3” or “Pay rent by the 1st every month.” Evercue shows what it understood as chips you can change or remove before you save. Tap Keep as typed to save the text exactly as written.
What’s the difference between a planned date and a deadline?
The planned date is when you mean to work on something; the deadline is when it’s due. Moving your plan never moves the deadline. Words like “by” or “due” set a deadline.
A reminder didn’t notify me. What should I check?
- In iOS Settings › Notifications › Evercue, make sure notifications are allowed and Time Sensitive Notifications is on.
- Check whether a Focus mode was silencing notifications.
- In Evercue’s Settings (Lists tab › ••• › Settings), the Notifications section shows whether Evercue has permission and how many reminders are scheduled.
How do I use Siri?
Try “Add a task in Evercue,” “Show today in Evercue,” or “Mark a task done in Evercue.” The same actions are available in the Shortcuts app.
How do repeating tasks work?
Type phrases like “every weekday,” “every 2 weeks on Tuesday,” or “every 3 months,” or set a repeat in the task’s details. When you complete a repeating task, Evercue creates the next one. A repeat can follow the calendar or count from when you finished it.
Does Evercue sync between my devices?
Not yet for most testers. Sync is being tested with a small invited group. Until it’s on, your tasks stay on the device where you create them.
Can I keep a list away from AI?
Yes. Open the list, tap the menu, and choose Keep Out of AI. You can also turn AI suggestions off entirely in Evercue’s Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Delete tasks or lists in the app, or delete the app to remove everything on your device. If you used sync, email privacy@evercue.ai. See the Privacy Policy for details.
